Acer has showcased their Aspire 5551G notebook at IFA 2010. The Acer Aspire notebooks are powered by ATI Mobility RAdeon HD 5470, processor at 2.10 GHz, DDR3-VRAM, 15.6″ display has, not surprisingly, a resolution of 1366×768 pixels. Finally, Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit is pre-installed as the operating system and 4GB DDR3 RAM.

Acer-aspire-5551G-notebook-frontThere are actually two models of the Aspire 5551G series, the more affordable version is Aspire 5551G-P324G32Mn, while the second model is Aspire 5551G-N834G64Mn at a difference price level of 100 Euro.


Aspire 5551G-P324G32Mn comes with AMD Athlon II X2 P320, two cores each clock at 2.10 GHz, 4GB of RAM and a hard drive capacity of 320 GB.

Aspire 5551G-N834G64Mn, on the other hand comes with AMD Phenom II X3 N830 processor at 2.10 GHz, 640 GB hdd and 4GB DDR3-RAM.
