Asus has begun shipping the first pre-ordered Transformer Prime tablet to people ordering the device, meanwhile, as reported by Liliputing, majority for the rest of the customers that have pre-ordered Transformer Prime will have to wait till early next year.

The majority of online retailers are now out of stock of the Transformer Prime, and Asus has said that they will have more device available in January of 2012.

The first Android tablet that equipped with NVIDIA’s Tegra 3 Quad Core processor, Asus Transformer Prime is designed with IPS display that further boosted with the Super IPS+ mode for better brightness of display and better visibility outdoors with great viewing angles.

The IPS display itself is scratch resistant, owing to Corning’s Gorilla Glass, but still have minor problem of glossy display when the surface touched by oily fingers, which is more like to be an issue for outdoor viewing.


For gamers, the superb graphics engine will increase your game play experience on the tablet for virtually any game on the market at the moment, furthermore, you could also use the USB gamepad support for connecting USB base controller or storage as well as the HDMI out for getting a better and larger visual display on HDTV.
