AMD has recently released ATI FirePro V8800, a 3D graphics card capable of delivering 2560×1600 maximum pixel resolution at 60Hz frequencies.


The ATI FirePro V8800 support DirectX 11 technology and has 2GB of GDDR5 RAM and 1,600 steam processors. This high-end graphics card will be able to handle up to 2.6 teraflops of computing power and has been optimized for workstations.

AMD is including the Eyefinity Technology, CrossFire Pro and FirePro S400 Synchronization Module for Frame lock or genlock supports in the graphics card.
