This is another Japanese product called BlueDot BTV-1000W. It has 10-inches picture frame with WSVGA resolution (1024×600), standard memory card reader, and a 1Seg TV tuner for Tv watching and an AV In input plug for audio and video from DVD player or your PS3.
The BlueDot BTV-1000W requires an extreme low energy consumption of 12W on initial startup and a 11.6W when it is used for watching TV.
