Buyer Beware! This player does not work with Windows Vista or Windows 7. Network feature is useless I get “Login Failed” all the time. Playback is jittery over the 100Mbps network. Don’t waste your money on this garbage!

Thanks for the info, igpo3737.

This is invaluable input for other buyers. I just wonder if other users also had the same problem?

I didn’t find the same results as igpo3737, I have this unit working with both Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7 on my network. I’m quite happy with its performance thus far, it has played every single video, music and photo that I’ve tried thus far. I’ve had it hooked up a week or so, I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a music/video/photo streaming device for their home. I found the quality of the playback to be quite good, I run a wireless N, hitting about 130Mb streaming over my internal network.
