And now, the Cosmobot lawn mower, as developed by scientists at University of Southern Denmark, could enable users with use of a Wiimote help to trim their backyard’s grass.

The basic idea is to synchronize the Cosmobot lawn mower with the Wiimote via Bluetooth’s connection. This kind of Bluetooth’s connection will be applicable to most of the mechanical objects such as car, wheel chair or even a baby chair.

However, it is definitely not a good suggestion that this technology would represent personal touch. For example, if you are planning taking your baby for a walk in the park using the Wiimote while you do the control behind your home windows! ;p

Simply turn on the lawn mower, and the WiiMote, once the connection is established, you will be able to steer and to engage in cutting action or users could also set the device on autopilot where it makes passes inside a previously established zone.

No more time cutting for your WiiMote session, you could do it also in your front or backyard.
