Dell has released Android Smartphones called Dell Lightning. Dell Lightning comes with 4.1-inch WVGA OLED display, QWERTY keyboard, 1GHz QSD8250 Snapdragon processor, 1400mAh battery and 5MP camera with auto focus.

Dell Lightning Smartphone will run Microsoft’s Windows 7 new mobile OS and features 1GB of flash with 512MB RAM plus 8GB of storage on a MicroSD card (non-user-replaceable, we’re assuming), AT&T and T-Mobile 3G, WiFi, GPS, Bluetooth, accelerometer, digital compass, FM radio, and full Flash support including video playback.

Likely will appear in the market within fourth quarter of 2010. No details on pricing as yet.
