ExoPC Slate – iPad Outlook With Tablet And Netbook Capabilities

A French base company ExoPC is launching 8.9-inch multitouch tablet called ExoPC Slate. It has the iPad outlook, tablet and netbook capabilities and running Windows 7 OS.

It has an Intel Atom N270 1.6GHz, 32GB SSD with SD expansion slot and 2GB DDR2 memory. The battery life serve best up to four hours time. Thanks to Jean for the pricing update, ExoPC Slate’s current selling price is the same as the coming Apple’s iPad 32GB. ExoPC slate tablet offers 1024×600 display resolution, 1.3MP webcam, WiFi b/g, VGA, ethernet, bluetooth and 3 USB ports.

The pricing for the ExoPC is 599 USD.
780 USD is the price for a pre-production prototype but the final pricing is 599.
