If by chance you walk in to a modern shopping plaza, probably you’ll notice that some of the umbrellas, bags, or even Polo shirts sold on the shopping stores have Ferrari logo on it. And now, the luxurious car manufacturer – Ferrari, has broaden up and diversified their business portfolios to enter the gaming world segment.
The initial license for gaming products are licensed to Thrustmaster for the limited and exclusive edition of gamepads console:
- Ferrari Wireless GamePad 430 Scuderia Limited Edition;
- F1 Wireless GamePad Ferrari F60 Limited;
- Ferrari Motors Gamead F430 Challenge Limited Edition;
- F1 Dual Analog Ferrari F60 Exclusive Edition.
Although it has been quite a unique phenomena for a car manufacturer, especially luxurious car to enter the complete market segment, but we believe this is another marketing strategy from Ferrari, building more brand awareness at one hand, since the a lot of kids nowadays could be the potential buyers in the future, while it could also get some capitalization back from the diversified or licensed products at the other hand.
The first three feature grips reminiscent of Ferrari noses and 2.4 GHz technology. The Ferrari Wireless Gamepad 430 Scuderia and F1 Wireless Gamepad Ferrari F60 versions will be available mid October, and retail for $49.99.
