Half-Tone Your Photos Using Punch Camera

Featured at the Intel University Design Expo, the following Punch Camera was designed by Matty Martin. The uniqueness of the Punch Camera is, instead of using ink, users could punch out the image on a piece of blank paper.

The mechanism inside the camera will automatically translate the taken image into a half-tone. Its puncturing mechanism will moves according to the image’s half tone dot by dot.

When all dots are precisely aligned as the image you want to reproduce, the camera screen tells you that the punch is ready. Insert a paper in the slot, punch firmly as instructed, and get the result.
