PMP has endless market in China, attract by the intruguing potential market. China PMP manufacturers are riding the waves to provide even better PMP to the market.
iToos is one of the reknown PMP player in China that has released a 720p portable media player early this year. And now the company planning to launch their new M8, a full 1080p HD portable media player that is ready to hit into the market. It has a 6.9mm thickness and 5-inch wide 1.6 million colors LCD.
The M8 has a 1920×1080 pixels resolution. It supports various video codec including: H.263/H.264, MKV, RM, RMVB, RV8 / 9, MPEG4/ASP, VOB, DAT, ASF, WMV, MPEG1 / 2 and so is music support: MP3, WMA, OGG, WAV, APE, FLAC, MP2, RA, AAC and includes LRC lyrics display support.
There is an FM tuner and recorder, but no further info no memory size, internal storage and msrp yet. But I guess this device must have a capacitive touchscreen for ease on navigation.
No info on pricing and availability for overseas market yet.
