World first power assisted hybrid PA luggage was designed by Jacqui Ma, a London based Fashion and Product designer. The luggage was designed with an anti-gravity handle which locks in place during towing, providing ease of usage with minimal effort.
The luggage consist of three piece luggage set of a suitcase, laptop bag and overnight bag in one. Suppose to be a travel friendly luggage system. The unique patented Anti Gravity handle allows 85% of total weight to be transferred to the wheels, making the luggage vastly more transportable and manoeuvrable.
Sensors fitted within the handle and powered wheels adjust the power function of the luggage. When you pull the case to angles between approximately 15 – 35% the power will kick in to help move your case more easily. Sensor technology can also assess the ground type. As illustrated below, power assistance kicks in when on rough ground or upwards slopes.
