Mercury On-The-Go 750GB External Hard Drive

Other World Computing (OWC) has added another 750GB model for its Mercury On-The-Go. The new model has the speed of 5200RPMs and a 8MB of cache.

The OWC Mercury On-The-Go Pro 750GB 5200RPM has three kinds of interface:

  1. FireWire 800/400 & USB 2.0 model
  2. FireWire 400/USB 2.0 model
  3. USB 2.0 model

All three models come with a three year warranty. The FireWire models use Oxford chipsets, while the USB 2.0-only model sports a JMicron bridge chipset.

Prices:
Using FireWire 800/400 & USB 2.0 = USD270.-
Using FireWire 400 = USD250.-
Using USB2.0 = USD230.-
