Stephen Bates, Managing Director of RIM UK has given out his word about RIM’s future smartphones and tablets will all support Near Field Communication capabilities.

NFC itself is a new means of wireless data exchange that hopefully will become the pioneer the near future’s contactless payment systems, including eWallet, e-Ticket, etc. Google Nexus S is an example of Android device that carry NFC capability, and the likelihood is, more upcoming smartphones and tablets will incorporate NFC, including RIM’s.

One of the recent release of Googla Android 2.3 and 2.3.3 OS is to aim at NFC markets for more secure and safer way of doing transactions while you are on-the-go.
