NEC’s Aterm WM3300R claims to be the world’s smallest WiMAX router with wireless LAN support. This little router is about palm-sized, with dimension of 94mm x 67mm x 22mm and weighing 145grams. The device is going to be available on November in Japan.
You could also connect the NEC WiMAX router directly to your computeras a WiMAX USB adapter via any USB port. The Portable WiMax Router is powered by an internal lithium-ion battery with 2.5 hours of battery life for continuous usage.
