New model of Olympus Digital Camera – Olympus mju TOUGH 6010 (known as Stylus TOUGH in the US). The brand new Olympus mju Tough is designed to be shock, water, and freeze resistant.
Olympus mju Tough claims the camera will resist up to 3 meters underwater, won’t freeze till -10 degrees celcius and can handle drops from 1.5meter high.
Features contained in Olympus mju TOUGH-6010 are: a 12-megapixel sensor, 3.6x wide optical zoom, dual image stabilization, advanced face detection ‘TAP’ control for easy access to the camera’s functions, ISO up to 1600, a 2.7-inch LCD screen, auto modes, built-in ‘Magic’ filters for putting something extra on youe snapshots, video recording and the option to use both xD and microSD cards. The camera offers also 5x digital zoom and 2cm macro.
Olympus mju TOUGH-6010 available in three colours: Titanium Grey, Turquoise Blue, and Lava Red.
It has 45MB internal memory and can handle both xD and microSD cards. The mju TOUGH-6010 measures 95 x 63 x 22 mm and weighs 149g.
