OmniZero.9 – Humanoid Robot

by Edward Xu on September 29, 2009

Japan has many world reknown robot creators, and as the time pass by, their creation are getting more intelligent and resemble humans in many ways. OmniZero.9 which was made by  Takeshi Maeda is one of the example. The ninth version of OmniZero is a humanoid bot with huge wheel shoulders and knees that allow it to move around like a car on the ground.

And the interesting part is yet to come, as the head could also tilts back to provide seat for a human. The robot was showing off at ROBO-ONE Check out the video above.

Sooner or later, robots will replace lots of human works and will get more popular in the future.
