Although the PhotoTrackr Mini is probably a good working GPS tracker, my iPhone app GeoLogTag turns your iPhone into a GPS tracker for a fraction of the price.
If you manage your photos on a Mac or on Flickr, GeoLogTag will also geotag your photos. Windows users can use the GPX file in combination with their geotagging application of choice.
