SH1-0B: Lynx Sharp Mobile Internet Device – NTT DoCoMo

You could consider Lynx Sharp SH-10B as a small MID pretty resembles a large smartphone. It has a small keyboard for thumb typing, trackball for navigation, 5.2MP camera on the rear side, bluetooth and infrared features are also included.

Released by NTT DoCoMo, Lynx Sharp SH-10B MID appeared on CommunicAsia 2010 in Singapore, and it runs Android 1.6 OS and carries 5-inch touchscreen display.
