A leak out info from Akihabara, the Full HD LED TV is mere 3m thick. The display is capable of 120Hz at 5000:1 contrast ratio.
It was called Samsung “Needle Slim” with 40-inch Backlight display. Unfortunately, no relevant info on the release date and pricing yet.
The display is 3mm alright, but the “boxy thing” behind the screen still a question remain, a true slim led tv? I don’t think so…
