A brief news about Korea PMP, this time iRiver come up with the Smart HD K1 portable media player that offer 3.5-inch LCD touchscreen with 480×320 resolution. Recognize audio formats including:WAV, MP3, WMA, OGG, AC3, FLAC, APE; Video formats: MKV, AVI, WMV7/8/9, XviD, MP4/MPEG4, H.264, MPEG1/2; Images: JPG, BMP, GIF, PNG, RAW; Documents: txt, doc, xls, ppt, pdf, hwp, html, htm, mhtlm.
The iRiver Smart HD K1 also features FM tuner, T-DMB tuner, WiFi connectivity, 8GB or 16GB internal memory and SDHC card slot. The new device is available in four versions, Basic, DMB, Edu and WiFi+DMB. The ‘Smart HD Edu’ version has a 16GB of storage capacity and is pre-loaded with e-dictionary.
Both Basic and DMB versions come with 8GB storage, while the DMB one has a built-in T-DMB TV tuner and WiFi connectivity. No words on pricing and availability outside South Korea market.
