Considering of using your Android smartphone as a remote control? The new application in the Android Market released by Viper dubbed Smart Start System will let users with either iPhone, Blackberry or Android smartphone handset to start your car virtually anywhere.
However, there is no guarantee that this system will work if you park your car under the basement, and it will be able to unlock or lock your car when you are at the other floor level position. Smart Start System for iPhone version itself was released back in October last year, while BlackBerry users had their turn in the spotlight at January earlier this year.
The smart start application will cost nothing, but users will need to install the Viper’s SmartStart security hardware in their vehicle apart from an active subscription that has annual subscription fee.
