Crestron’s Sonnex 24X8 Multiroom Audio System is designed to supports up to 48 channels of uncompressed 24-bit HD audio through long distances across a single shielded CAT5 type cable and up to 74 zones to boot.
Seems being prepared for KTV rooms, Crestron Sonnex 24X8 Multiroom Audio System has achieved all-in-one high efficiency hardware design and incorporate exclusive single-wire digital bus technology.
The new design will substantially reduce the hardware and cabling requirements compare to conventional system without sacrificing the maximum power and sound quality.

Crestron Sonnex truly is a revolution in multi-room audio – so flexible and powerful. Being able to easily offer 2.1 stereo in key rooms is super cool and a well powered subwoofer can make all the difference to a system. I just wish it would decode 5.1 so we could just put them everywhere!
