In past decade people were shouting about paperless practice, and now we have e-books and e-reader in the market. People perception of what future digital world should take shape has changed and so does the technology! But, is it everything change?
Kaz Hirai, Sony Computer Entertainment’s CEO, has noted about the digital media development, and he ensures PlayStation customers not to worry about the possibility of the next generation of Sony PS home console going completely digital.
And according to Hirai, while digital downloads are great, Sony works in areas solely relying on digitally distributed content just doesn’t make sense.
It will still be in physical media format, until, probably the next wave of technology changes the whole gaming industry?
