Latest photo leak about Sony PlayStation Phone prototype is posted on a Chinese site IT168. Base on information from the website, Sony PlayStation Phone will come with 4-inch LCD display offering Snapdragon 1GHz processor, Qualcomm Adreno 205 GPU, 512MB RAM and 512MB ROM.
The likelihood operating system for Sony PlayStation Phone is Android 2.3 Gingerbread. No info on official announcement and availability yet.
