Offering high speed of 600x, Super Talent new CFast series CompactFlash memory card has a bandwidth of 375MB/s. In total there are five CFast cards, two Single Level Cells flash cards in 8Gb and 16GB capacities, and three Multi Level Cell flash cards in 8GB, 16GB and 32GB capacities. These cards support up to 200MB/s transfer speeds.
Dimensions:
* Type I = 36.4 x 42.8 x 3.3mm storage cards;
* Type II = 36.4 x 42.8 x 5.0mm.
CFast Storage Card has a single-chip controller and flash memory module.
For the SATA interface, CFast cards consists of a 7-pin signal connector and a 17-pin power and control connector. These SuperTalent CompactFlash memory cards operates at 3.3V power.
