TiVo new Premiere Series DVRs, is called TiVo Premiere and TiVo Premiere XL. Both Premiere Series DVR models has underlying technology called Series 4. The DVRs come with a side sliding QWERTY keyboard remote control, to ease text input and searching.
The TiVo Premiere is capable to record approximately 45 hours of HD content, meanwhile the TiVo Premiere XL will be able to hold 150 hours of HD content. Both units comes with digital cable, Verizon FIOS and support antenna.
However no AT&T U-Verse or satellite providers support on these DVRs. According to news released, TiVo Premiere and TiVo Premiere XL should ship sometime in April this year.
