By the launching of the Regza 1TB HDD Blue Ray HD DVD player, Toshiba hd dvd player’s capacity is currently a market leader on the particular segment in Japan.
Toshiba’s both HDD and DVD recorders are capable of recording video in Blu-Ray and in standard format (MPEG-4 AVC/H.264).
Toshiba hd dvd player 1TB RD-E1004K is retailed for JPY65,000 (approx. USD677). No relevant data on pricing for the 320GB model.
