E3 event held this week has unveiled a gaming tablet that comes with an add-on gadget for playing games on the tablet. This gaming tablet is called Wikipad, powered by Nvidia Tegra 3 quad core SoC processor and will have Android 4.0 ICS as the OS.

Wikipad gaming tablet has an 8GB internal storage and an SD card slot offering expandable storage capacity up to 64GB, a glasses free 3D display, and supports H.264, VC1, VOB, ISO, M2TS and FLV support. Optionally, user could choose to get the 3G module as its connection option.


First shown back in CES early this year, Wikipad gaming tablet is currently under development stage, and the integration of NVIDIA’s Tegra 3 processor is meant to allow flexibility of the gaming tablet to get optimized mobile games, as well as to  enhanced the console quality for streaming online games through latest cloud gaming services available on the net.
