Xnote P220 is the latest minimalist model premium notebook unveiled by LG for South Korea market. The new premium notebook will carry 12.5-inch of pure widescreen display, three sides LED-backlit and a Real Slim Bezel at 9.5mm and a maximum resolution of 1366×768.


At a glance the outer outlook of Xnote P220 white version is a bit resembles Apple’s MacBook, while at the core engine, there is a powerful second generation of Intel 1.6GHz Core i5 2467M processor (up to 2.1 GHz with Turbo Boost). The board supports by up to 4GB DDR3 RAM, there is an Intel HD Graphics 3000 (shared) chipset for graphics processing, 320GB single platter 5,400 RPM HDD and a 1.3MPix webcam.


Designed with 178 degree arc and IPS display technology, it allows LG P220’s users to share wider viewing angle with multiple viewers without worrying about loss of definition or color. Furthermore the LG P220 notebook has a bundled content sharing software that allows users to let other DNLA-compliant devices to access for video, music or photo action right from the notebook.


Other features including the WiFi 802.11b/g/n, HDMI, 4-in-1 media card reader, Bluetooth 3.0, and running Windows 7 OS.


The dimension of LG P220 is  11.7 x 7.6 x 0.8-inch (297.6 x 193.4 x 20.9 mm), weighing 2.86 lbs (approximately 1.3 kg). LG Xnote P220 will be released in South Korea later this month with three color options of blue, white and pink.

European market will follow after the release in South Korea, no wording about availability for the rest of other countries yet.
